When including parts from other copyrighted works in the submitted manuscript, the author must provide written permission from the copyright owners and credit the sources. Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors will be asked to complete a 'Journal Publishing Agreement' that refers to Creative Commons Attribution License. An email will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript together with a 'Journal Publishing Agreement' form.

The 'Journal Publishing Agreement' states that:

• Authors grant to IM Thinking journal the right to publish, distribute, and exploit their articles in all forms and media of expression for educational and scholarly purposes.
• Authors retain the right to archive, present, distribute, and develop their work, but provide the original publication source (the IM Thinking journal).
• Authors warrant that there is no permissions or licensed granted to other parties.
